WHAT I DO
I’m a video editor working on brand content, campaigns, PSAs, and mini-documentaries. My goal is to make clear creative decisions that prioritize the story in each video. I work both independently and with a team to build the strongest version of every edit.
ABOUT ME
I began video editing by making cheesy yearbook commercials in middle school. I loved taking crazy videos that only middle schoolers could think up and structure them into something watchable and fun.
In my adult life I’ve built a career as an editor where storytelling is still an integral part of who I am. No matter what I’m editing, the story is at the forefront of each project I work on. I’m comfortable with short deadlines and thrive working both with a creative team and independently.
A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I edited a trailer for the documentary, The 369th: Together, We Rose, that helped secure a $10,000 grant for the project. You can find that trailer in the “Work” section of my website!
I enjoy teaching and working with kids. I’ve worked as a martial arts instructor, summer camp director, and later as a substitute preschool teacher.
I often listen to movie scores in my free time and now have a whole library of awesome temp tracks always playing in my head.
